An another thing if i have not made it clear to u by now ,il let u know that i dont know til how full a baking pan should be , i do know that wen u overfill u wil create mess in oven , batter wil overflow thats why i dont know wether this pan which i told u about if it hold 7 cup water or 9 but i know that pan it holds 9 cup water ( wen fill to complete complete top ) but if not filling til completely top it holds 7 cup water

As I said my baking knowledge is sooooo bad so I'm trying to determine how to solve my issues so I asked soooo many peoples but no1 solved my issue so therefore, up til now I'm not able to determine how do I know wether my cakes would rise or not , other than that, yes I knew ingredients make difference u not allowed to use expired goods but I never knew theres other things exist too like wen said cream egg and sugar or butter and sugar or oil with sugar u cannot use all in 1 method ,neither did I know wen they say separate u cannot use whole eggs , an I also never knew wen usin 1 baking pan u need only certain amount batter not more than that an not less an wen using several baking pans I never knew u need certain amount batter per pan ,neither did I know wen making muffins, cupcakes u need certain amount batter per cup , so because I never knew these , I never come to know if its enough batter in pan and then I obviously either use soooo much batter or soooo little batter an then I'm sure u can assume wat happens next I place in oven and allow to bake an wen I feel its ready I remove from oven but sometimes my assumptions are correct not always, just sometimes an then il put back if it's not done but on other hand if its done, il allow to cool off and remove cake from pan and then sometimes it turns out as I wanted rise well an not dry and completely cooked and cake is nice and light and moist and fluffy the way I love my cakes but sometimes my cakes is dry and hard and thin and gooey an uncooked, so this is my scenario time an time and time again as I never knew wen baking pan is big u going have thin cakes so therefore im not able to foresee that il have a flat / thin cake, nor did I foresee that cake is not going to cook so I'm just wonderin if you know watsapp, are you using watsapp an if yes can u forward the number then il fill up my baking pans with water an take pictures to show u then atleast u know if theres tooo much or toooo little

Tried this last night, and my dough was hard. Maybe I should add just 1 cup of flour.

I got a square pan this is size 23×22×4,8cm its a black or metal pan an i also got 2 square pyrex glass pans or trays i don't know sizes but the small 1 holds over 1 litre water under 2 litres water and big holds over 2 litres water under 3 litres so from these 3 trays or pans which would u recommend an wats bake time
